Because of amazing community support, each year the CHS PTA is able to provide funding for all sorts of departments and projects at Cleveland High School. Programs like the Student Clubs Grants, Affinity Group Grants, Teacher Grants, Principals Discretionary Fund, Restorative Justice, lab and technology equipment, tools, books, art supplies, musical instruments, lecture tables, the new Rose Princes Crown, start-up costs for Commerce Coffee, basic classroom supplies and so much more.

All funding for the CHS PTA comes from membership dues and community donations. The Cleveland High School community can always use your help.

CHS PTA Student-Focused grantS

This year the Cleveland High School PTA is pleased to announce the addition of two new student-focused grant opportunities to help support and enrich the Student Clubs and Affinity Groups experience enjoyed at Cleveland.

The Grant application process is announced after the students have had their club fair.

Students must consult with their teacher advisor before submitting an application as they may be familiar with other potential sources of funding. Only written requests will be considered.

Grants are approved/awarded by the CHS PTA in partnership with CHS admin.

CHS PTA $10,000 TEACHERS GRANT

The Cleveland High School PTA awards grants to faculty, administration and parent efforts to support student services and enrich the quality high school experience enjoyed at Cleveland. The funds we distribute come from the proceeds of the annual Cleveland auction and other generous donations from Cleveland High School families and area businesses.

The Grants are announced and usually open at the beginning of the school year.

Please consult with Principal Jo Ann Wadkins before submitting your request. She is familiar with CHS PTA funding guidelines, as well as other potential sources of funding. Only written requests will be considered.
