The Cleveland High School Parent Teacher Association (CHS PTA) is a dynamic organization that works in close partnership with CHS administrators and staff. Membership is open to all parents, school administrators and staff, and members of the community.

OUR mission

The PTA's mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

The parents and friends of the CHS PTA work together to support the learning opportunities at Cleveland High School. We enhance that work by bringing resources to our school. Resources include parent engagement and leadership, donations of money and services, volunteers, government and business support.

We make connections between home and school.

We use our resources to further drive equity of opportunity to students of all backgrounds.

We support the staff and administration with flexible funds to address emerging needs and opportunities.

We celebrate our students.

The CHS PTA meets on the third Wednesday of each month (unless it’s a school holiday or break). All are welcome.

Cleveland High School PTA, as an affiliated constituent of the Oregon PTA, pledges that membership in the PTA shall be open, without discrimination, to anyone who believes in and supports the mission and purposes of the National PTA.
